EPOS Gold Card Special Agreement
This Special Agreement applies to EPOS Gold Cards. The Card Agreement and special agreements that apply to the Card Agreement shall apply for anything not covered by this Special Agreement. This Special Agreement shall have priority for any redundant stipulations.
Members are defined as those who have agreed to this Special Agreement and to the Card Agreement and special agreements that apply to the Card Agreement, who have applied for membership, and whose membership has been approved by the Company (hereinafter "Members").
Members shall pay the prescribed annual fee on the prescribed date. If Members do not pay the prescribed annual fee, he or she may be unable to use services or benefits provided by the EPOS Gold Card. However, the Members shall be exempt from paying the annual fee if the card usage amount over a certain period of time (excluding Cash Advances and certain other usage) exceeds an amount prescribed by the Company, or in other cases approved by the Company. Annual fees will not be returned for any reason.
