EPOS Platinum Card Special Agreement

Article 1 Application of Terms: This Special Agreement applies to EPOS Platinum Cards. The Card Agreement and special agreements that apply to the Card Agreement shall apply for anything not covered by this Special Agreement. This Special Agreement shall have priority for any redundant stipulations.
Article 2 Members: Members are defined as those who have agreed to this Special Agreement and to the Card Agreement and special agreements that apply to the Card Agreement, who have applied for membership, and whose membership has been approved by the Company (hereinafter "Members").
Article 3 Annual Fees: Members shall pay the prescribed annual fee on the prescribed date. If Members do not pay the prescribed annual fee, he or she may be unable to use services or benefits provided by the EPOS Platinum Card. Annual fees shall not be returned for any reason.
