GTN EPOS Card Special Agreement (April 1, 2023)
| (1) | GTN EPOS Card (hereinafter "Card") is a credit card issued by EPOS Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") in cooperation with Global Trust Networks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "GTN"). |
| (2) | This Special Agreement applies to the Card. The EPOS Card Agreement shall apply for anything not covered by this Special Agreement. This Special Agreement shall have priority for any stipulations covered both in this Special Agreement and in the EPOS Card Agreement. |
Members are defined as those who have agreed to this Special Agreement and the EPOS Card Agreement established by the Company, who have applied for membership with the Company, and whose membership have been approved by the Company (hereinafter "Members").
| The Company may implement measures such as stopping usage of the Card or revoking membership qualifications, without any notification, when any of the following conditions apply. If the Company requests the Members to return the Card in such a case, the Members must accept the Company’s request. If membership qualifications are lost and the Company requests a lump-sum repayment of remaining debts, the Members must accept the Company’s request. |
| (i) | If the Member returns to his or her country without applying for re-entry, or leaves Japan. |
| (ii) | If the Member loses his or her means of contact by the Company, and the Company determines that contacting the Member is difficult. |
GTN and the Company reserve the right to makes changes or revisions (hereinafter "Changes, etc.") to this Special Agreement in part or in whole. Article 26 [1]of the Card Agreement shall apply to the Changes, etc.
Special Agreement on Consent Stipulations Related to the Handling of Personal Information (for GTN EPOS Card)
In addition to "Consent Stipulations Related to the Handling of Personal Information," this Special Agreement applies to GTN EPOS Card issued by EPOS Card Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Company") in cooperation with Global Trust Networks Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "GTN").
Member agrees to allow the shared use of personal information by GTN, which issues the GTN EPOS Card in cooperation with the Company.
The Company is responsible for the management of Personal Information.

| Applicable personal information: |
| (i) | The member's full name, birth date, address, telephone number, place of employment, contact address, contact telephone number, e-mail address, and other information provided by the Member on the prescribed application form (including electronic application forms). |
| (ii) | Information acquired from the member's resident card to verify his or her identity, according to the Act on Prevention of Transfer of Criminal Proceeds. |
| Purpose of use: |
| (i) | Activity involved in taking card applications, and some paperwork and administrative tasks related to the Card, etc. |
| (ii) | Providing card functions and ancillary services provided by GTN |
| (iii) | Market research and product development conducted as a part of GTN's business |
| (iv) | Providing business information, such as sending of advertisements and other printed material, as a part of GTN's business |
| (v) | Interpretation services for card-related inquiries, etc. delegated by the Company to GTN |
